Kirei Paint ("we", "our", or "the app") is a color-by-number painting application developed by Halil Göktepe. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
By downloading, accessing or using our app, you acknowledge the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Anonymous Identifier: When you first open the app, an anonymous user ID is automatically created via Supabase authentication. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.
Device & Usage Data: Basic non-identifying technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and session duration may be collected to ensure app functionality.
Painting Progress: Your artwork progress, favorites, completion status, and time spent are stored locally on your device.
AI Generation Prompts: If you use the Magic (AI) feature, the text prompts you enter are sent to our servers to generate images. These prompts are stored alongside your anonymous ID.
Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Premium, your purchase is processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive anonymized subscription status information (e.g. whether your subscription is active) but do not have access to your payment details, credit card number, or billing address.
We do not use your data for advertising, user profiling, or selling to third parties.

Our backend services (Supabase) may store and process data in data centers located outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. When data is transferred internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the app, you consent to such transfers.
Your painting progress is stored locally on your device. AI-generated images and anonymous profile data are stored on Supabase servers. All data transmission between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Kirei Paint is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately so we can promptly delete it.
We may request permission to track your activity through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can deny this request with no impact on app functionality. If granted, data is used solely to improve the app experience. You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device settings under Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide notice within the app. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
